- Apply a thick layer of mud over the body and leave for 15-20 minutes or until dry.
- Rinse with lukewarm water.
- Heat the pack in a pot of hot water first, or open and warm it in the microwave for 90 seconds on medium heat.
- Ingredients: Silt (Dead Sea MUD), Bronopol (2-Bromo-2-Nitropropane-1,3 Diol) DMDM Hydantoin.
